Yes. Our Water Wizard trucks are always filled from a municipally approved water station, so you can rest assured that the water being dispensed is safe to drink as well as refreshing.

We fill our tank with fresh water before every event. You are not getting "leftover" water from the last event. This helps make sure that the water is fresh, clean and delicious when it is dispensed to your thirsty event patrons.

The water has undergone strict filtration and cleaning protocols at the municipal water facility before it even reaches our truck. In addition, all of our plumbing and dispensing fixtures are made with high grade parts that prevent contamination and ensure clean and safe water dispensing. Our trucks exceed the health and safety requirements set forth by Niagara Public Health because safety is our number one priority.

The Water Wizard is a self-service, easy-to-operate system so there's no need for a technician to remain onsite. Our Water Wizard tech will arrive with the water truck, set up your requested kiosk (hydration station, hand washing or outdoor showers) and run through our testing checklist to ensure everything is operating correctly. And just like that, your guests can enjoy easy and convenient access to water for the duration of your event. We then return at the end of the event to pack everything up, so there's no clean up for you to worry about.

The water tank is contained in a 14' long enclosed trailer. So as long as our truck can drive out to your proposed location pulling a trailer, we'll be there! It's best if there is a flat area where the kiosks can be set up. When you book your event, we will consult with you about the location and find the best spot to set up the Water Wizard station.

No. The water pumps that power our system run off of high-quality, long-lasting batteries. So we do not require any additional power source. If your event is in the heart of the city or in the middle of a field, we will be there with your water!

Our truck holds 525 gallons (approximately 2000 liters) of water so we can fill anywhere from 2,000 - 3,000 water bottles (depending on the size) on one tank.
